Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries will be made within 14 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated within a products description. In stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and should arrive within 7 business days.
Most Items are posted by Royal Mail or Interlink and postage costs are worked out in direct relation to weight and packaging.
If you choose to have your item sent recorded or sent via special delivery mail, we will send you the tracking number on request. For larger orders a leading courier service may be used and again tracking information will be made available, AW Tactical ships Worldwide and will provide tracking information if you choose this option. If you require any other type of specialist delivery service please contact us (details below).
If at any time you are concerned about your order please contact us and we will do everything in our power to track the item and ensure it arrives at your location.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return it within 14 days, in original packaging and unused, for exchange or refund. International orders may be returned within 21 days.
A full refund will be given for any cancelled orders prior to us dispatching.
Any returned item will be inspected prior to a refund being issued less the original shipping cost.
Personlised Items such as embroideried tops or patches will not be refunded unless found to be faulty, a repair or replacement maybe offered in its place.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that we supply an item incorrectly a complete refund or exchange will be given.

AW Tactical fully understands that certain individuals and units will not want any details of the supplier on the outside of the packaging. If you do not want our details on the outside of packaging please contact us and let us know.
We recommend that all returns be insured, AW Tactical will not accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us and let us know before sending returns. Please include any details that may help us refund or replace with the returned item.
