Men’s Tabbing™ Boot (MOD Brown) is a new Altberg development. The key to the design is the new ergonomic last on which the boot is made. The last is based on a running shoe last, but has been adapted to incorporate all the features required in a lightweight military boot. The last/fitting is the new ergonomic A-Forme, which allows the foot to take up its natural alignment in the boot, whilst supporting the arch and instep during the walking gait. The lining is Cambrelle® non-waterproof, and the Men’s Tabbing™ Boot is the lightest-weight boot in the Altberg military range. Feedback from serving military personnel has been a key factor in the development of this boot. Leather: Soft, supple, lightweight Nida full grain 1.6-1.8mm 1st quality European hides.Lining: Cambrelle® non-waterproof, ultra breathable – excellent wicking and drying out properties. Midsole: Individually moulded for each size to give correct support / flex. Sole: Vibram® Masai with shock absorbing, lightweight midlayer. Sizes: UK 7-14 (inc ½ sizes). Widths: A-Forme. Weight: 647gms (size 9). Height: 20.25cms (size 9, including heel).
